Origins of Food explores food systems and food communities. We collaborate with farmers and community organizers at the forefront of agricultural innovation, notably those who are working towards a socially and ecologically just future.
EAT WITH US
Food Tours: Forget farm to table. Head straight to the farm.
We organize food-related travel tours within the U.S. and internationally. Experience just-roasted coffee grown on Guatemala's volcanoes, explore Vermont's innovative small farms and breweries or harvest fresh clams from Australian beaches using your own two hands.
LEARN WITH US
Service Learning Trips: Educating outside of the classroom.
We also collaborate with faculty members and students to create and facilitate experiential education programs that explore subjects in-line with specific learning objectives. We visit urban centers and rural communities while exploring an array of global subjects, from public health and nutrition to farming systems and food justice. We specialize in the U.S., Latin America and Australasia.
