From volcano-rimmed cities and lakes to the black sand beaches of the Pacific Coast, we'll explore various food systems around Guatemala and meet the powerful community organizers and food producers who are responsible for them. Coffee making, chocolate tasting, and avocado harvesting, oh my! Join us for 7 - 21 days as we immerse ourselves in the mystical ancient land of the Maya.
